Glenn Newmin is the IT Director for the Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA). Glenn has a wealth of experience in IT project management and consulting. He owned his own consulting business, has led local, regional, national and multinational teams at Long View Systems, and most recently was the Manager - Technical Engagement IT Management/Portfolio Manager at DaVita.
