The Colorado Broadband Data and Development Program (CBDDP) is a statewide broadband mapping and planning initiative led by the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The program is federally funded by a $5.3M American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Grant, administered by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). It has four components:
  • Broadband availability mapping 
  • Planning (i.e., Local Technology Planning Teams) 
  • Distance learning 
  • Address data development
