These programs provide unique opportunities to individuals who are interested in learning a skill to enhance their previously obtained skills and/or interests within the IT arena, or special-focus areas such as Human Resources, Communications, Accounting, etc. Paired with a team member, the participant receives hands-on experience, feedback, and mentoring on the applicability of various skills.
A student or a recent graduate undergoing supervised practical training. Interns receive training for their own educational benefit if the training meets certain criteria. This training or “real-world” experience in invaluable. Class credit is available and encouraged.
An autonomous association of persons who voluntarily cooperate for their mutual social, economic, and cultural benefit. Co-ops typically have relevant experience and degrees, ranging from Bachelors to Masters. These individuals are unpaid.
