Financial Operations

The Financial Operations team encompasses the functions of payroll, billing/reporting, and financial analysis. Staff are responsible for the sum of all financial records of salaries for an employee, wages, bonuses, and deductions. The staff must maintain personnel files and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They are also responsible for posting the monthly payroll to the financial system.  

For billing and reporting, the team works to establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers and ensures that utilization reports are accurate and provided in an efficient and timely manner. Financial Operations is also charged with employee time tracking through the Kronos application.

Lastly, the Financial Operations team provides in depth financial analysis on OIT expenses, bills, and vendor contracts as needed.
